Returning for refund your Item:
As the order is made to your specifications we cannot accept any returns for refunds. How ever if you are not happy with the size of the outfit we are happy to exchange it for a different size. Please read exchange policy.

Exchanging Your Item:
How ever if you are not happy with the size of the outfit we are happy to exchange it for a different size, however, you would have to return it to us within one week from date of receipt, or we would not be in a position to do the same.
Please email Customer Service at info@royalrickshaw.com to arrange for an exchange.
Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by FedEx at no additional cost. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.

Whether sending domestically or internationally, it is your responsibility to ensure your item is safe to send and is not prohibited or restricted.

Delivery policy:

• Deliveries are made by courier.
• Delivery charges are posted on the order form and relate to destination, handling, and weight.
• Deliveries should take no more than 6 weeks, regardless of delivery method, unless overridden by additional explicit contractual provision such as for bespoke products/services. Urgent deliveries must be arranged separately.
• Automatic delivery may not be listed for every country due to a variety of logistic/shipping reasons. If you wish to have delivery to a country not listed on the default destinations, then contact the royal rickshaw to see if it is possible to make other arrangements.
